Today we read from Philippians 1. So many great things in this chapter!

Philippians 1:6 – “And I am sure that God, who began the good work within you, will continue His work until it is finally finished on that day when Christ Jesus comes back again.”

God is The Finisher.

Paul is here encouraging the Christians in Philippi concerning their faith. So often we feel when we fall short, when we sin, that we’re such failures. But we’re not. God has not given up on you. As long as you keep a humble heart, thus keeping yourself in a position to receive His Grace, what He started in you will come to completion.

God doesn’t give up on you… He’s the Finisher.
